UNCLEAR WATERMARK

[FARAZ QURESHI]

I am using Word 2003. I inserted watermark by opening Header & Footer and
using WordArt with layout as "behind the text". It appears fine on the screen
but when printed alternate characters are found to be missing. Probably too
washed out.

CONFIDENTIAL appears as C N I E T A

the characters O, F, D, N, I, L appear very light and almost invisible.

Please advise!

Uncheck the semi-transparent check box in the watermark dialog.

Where do you find the semi transparent dialog? is it available in Word 2003?

Format > Background > Printed Watermark > Text Watermark. Uncheck the
semi-transparent check box.
