Is anyone else finding it impossible to complete the online procedure
to post a help request with word online help at msn?
I get as far as the second screen where I am invited to click on type
of support and the product I want help on, although on the previous
page I have already indicated word. I simply cannot enter the type of
product unless I click on the paid support button at €50+, when it
auto completes but disappears if I then click on the free help.
if that doesn't get me the attempt to log in to passport does even if
I am already signed in using msn messenger or have done so direct or
try to enter from this menu.
It might be unfair to single out word, as I had similar problems
last week with office and word. i only got the program in mid
december, have not used their help facility for anything, although i
did query with hotmail why I was having problems with that and was
refered to apple!
