uncontrollable page scrolling

I have problems with the page scrolling all on its own.
If you looked at the screen while it is scrolling, you
can see that the mouse pointer has been repostioned over
the scroll bar and is appearring to scroll the page down.
I am unable to stop this in any way other than minumizing
the window, then maximizing it.

Do you have speech enabled in Office? If yes, then you may have a
too-sensitive microphone.
