Undefined function "WEEKNUM' in expression

Microsoft has issued published a resolution for
the "undefined function in expression" error message. The
resolution is "RESOLUTION
Transfer the user-defined function from the report module
to a global module."

Can someone tell me how to do this??? Thx.
