I copied a Company Contacts list that I obtained by syncronizing with my company's server. I then copied the contacts list into a subfolder of contacts in my Outlook today-Personal Folder Contacts folder. I have two other sub-folders in there. When I type a name in the To: field, it will recognize it from this Company Contacts subfolder and insert what appears to be the correct email address such as Joe Smith ([email protected]), but when I synchronize to send I automatically get an error that says:The following recipient(s) could not be reached
Joe Smith ([email protected]) on 2/22/2004 8:13 P
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient
BUT, if I manually type in (e-mail address removed), it will send the message. I've compared the way the downloaded Company Contacts file saved addresses to my other contacts list and all appear similar. No names typed from the other contacts lists give me this problem when typing in either way, as Joe Smith or (e-mail address removed)
Any suggestions?
