Undeliverable messages

I get the following message:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: FW:
Sent: 2/4/2006 10:52 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Barbara on 2/4/2006 10:52 PM
553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts
(#5.7.1)

I asked my ISP (which is new) and they told me it was a setting in outlook
causing my problem. Please help!!

You are trying to send through another SMTP server than the one to which you
are currently authenticated. Try changing your authentication settings in
your account properties to use the incoming server credentials.
