i am using exchange2k, office2k3, and windowsXP. when i
try to send internal emails, i get a message from the
system administrator saying some of the emails could not
be delivered because the recipient does not exist. the
recipient has a user account, and an exchange mailbox.
when i look at the properties page (in the GAL) for the
recipient, the display field lists the fully qualified
name (/o=ABCCo/ou=ABC/cn=Recipients/cn=JDoe). now since
this is the GAL, i would suspect the problem resides with
the exchange server, but wait, there is a twist... no one
else has this problem. most of the other users are using
w2k, and office2k. i do have some laptops that are
running windowsXP, and office2k3. when i login on one of
them, and add my profile to outlook the problem does not
occur. this would indicate the problem is either with the
office install on my desktop, or with my outlook profile.
i cannot find the problem, anyone esle seen this, or any
suggestions?
