Undeliverable The recipients Inbox in the post office does not exi

I get a System Admni error Undeliverable The recipients Inbox in the post
office does not exist or is busy. Try sending the message again. If the
message cannot be sent, contact your administrator.

I am sharing Contacts...
All other machines on the network can receive and accept.
The two machines that can not accept both have Inboxes in the workgroup
however they both have just been restored from scratch...1 is running windows
2000 and the other is running WindowsXP. I can shere to others from the
machines from each but can not receive a shared contact folder....HELP
