Undelivered mail to [email protected] message

When I send messages to certain addresses I get back this message:

delete your own text from the attached returned message.

They are to addresses I have previously successfully sent to. They have not knowingly listed me as junk mail.
I am not very computer literate, so any help would be appreciated- given in the simplest step by step fashion. I don't even know how to contact my post master.

Well Orange seems to have a problem with these accounts on their server.
There is not much you can do about it...

Might forwarding a copy to "(e-mail address removed)" help, or am I being

It won't hurt, but knowing Orange I wouldn't expect much from it (though
they got better over time).
