Under certain circumstances, received mail is displayed in plain t

I am using Office 2007, SP1.

I ahve a problem that seems similar to others discussed here, but perhaps
not exactly the same.

I deal extesnively with personnel from a specific company. AAMOF, I have an
email address at that company. They use Notes mail, and since I don't really
like to use thier mail server, I have my mail that goes there forwarded to my
normal OUltook email account, at a different email address. So mail is sent
two ways:

1. Sent directly to my customary email address at my Outlook account mail
server
2. Sent to the company email address, wehre it is forwarded to my Outlook
account.

When senders send mail that's not formatted as plain text using method 2, it
displays in my Outlook as they sent it. If they send it using method 1, it
is always displayed as plain text when it gets here.

If I send an email to them, and they reply to it, the reply always shows
back up as plain text.

What can be done so that all the mail they send, regardless of which of the
two adresses is used, ends up here as html? Or is that even possible?

Thanks.
