Under Risks and Issues it says: "There is a problem establishing a connection

Running Project Server 2003
Windows Server 2003 SP1
WSS 2.0

Info:


1. Eveything was working properly with Project Server until windows
updates were applies last night.


2. No changes were made to the Project Server configuration


3. No errors are writing to the event logs

4. I ran the PSCOMPlus utility with credentials that have verified
domain admin rights.

5. No proxy configured:
Current WinHTTP proxy settings under:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\
SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
\Connections\
WinHttpSettings :

Direct access (no proxy server).


Problems:


1. In the PWA. under Risks and Issues it says: "There is a problem
establishing a connection with the
Web server running Windows SharePoint Services. Contact your system
administrator."


2. The risks and issues pages in Project Server display each project.
When I
click on a project to get its risks/issues then the following message
is
displayed:


The documents, risks and issues features in Project Web Access use
Windows




3. Sharepoint itself appears to be working fine.

4. Presumably there is a integration isssue betweem Sharepoint and
Project Server that is the problem.
