Underline

How can I make an underline (like a form) and have
something on that line without the line looking weird?

Ex:
//Without text
Name ____________________

//With text
Name _Ryan Docfirm_______

See, when I add the underline under my name, the
underscores (_) and the underline aren't one line, they
are "seperated." Any ideas on how to fix this?
