Underlining shrinks my text in Word 2000

Hello

Yesterday I noticed a strange thing happening with my installation of Word
2000. Whenever I underline some text, the font appears to shrink on the
screen. The settings still report that it's the same size as the text that
isn't underlined, say 12pt Times New Roman, it just looks like it's about
8pt. Highlighting it and selecting the original text size has no visible
effect.

This only started happening recently, so I'm going to run a "Repair" on my
installation before I make sure I'm up to date with any patches from the MS
site. I'd be interested to know what caused it though.

Sounds like it's your graphics card, not word or windows.

Changing the refresh rate might help.
