Understanding Events

I am trying to get a good understanding of the various events, when to use
the events, best practices for using the events, etc.

Can anyone point me to good online resources which explain them?

Have you already gone to Access Help (not VBA Help) and asked the Answer
Wizard about events? It is actually quite good.
