Understanding Project Workspace Access

I'm looking for a better understanding of how users are granted access to new
project workspaces in Project Server 2007.

My environment consists of users that are members of PS groups, PS groups
are assigned Security Categories. Additionally my users are assigned RBS
values. Some questions:

Do the settings you configure in Projects section of your Security Categorie
impact user rights to just Projects themselves or Projects and their related
Workspace sites?

Ideally I like a user to create a new project and have the related workspace
be available to all members of that users RBS level without needing to assign
them to the project team. Is this possible?

Jason:

Anything is possible if you're willing to do some coding, but here's what
Project Server does with its out of the box synchronization:

Any one who has permission to read Project Workspaces and has access to a
project based on a category permission, gets added to the Workspace site as
a reader.

Any person with an assignment in the project gets added to the Project
Workspace site as a contributor.

The Project Manager gets editor status which allows limited administration
and customization

You can use RBS relationships to provide access to projects, so it may be
possible for you to leverage this to meet your requirements, but other
system requirements may cause you to construct an RBS that might not be as
usable for this purpose. So it all depends on the requirements.
