Undisclose Recipient question

After I have created my undisclosed recipient list and sent off a test email to myself, I noticed that in the "cc" field I get: "Undisclosed Recipient..."my email address".

Is there a way to just have my email address show up in the "cc" by itself and not the undisclosed recipient in front?
