You've piqued my curiosity, though. It sounds like you are asking something
like "how do I send a letter addressed to 'Resident'" -- if you don't
disclose, how do you know to whom you are sending?
If you only put recipient e-mail addresses on the BCC: line in the header,
not on the TO: or CC: line, that's what you get.
