how can i send and e-mail to all of my contacts or a distribution list withou
everyone seeing all the e-mail addresses. i have received e-mails like that
and in the "to" field it typically says "undisclosed recipients".

Use Bcc.

Outlook EXPRESS defaults to adding the "Undisclosed Recipients" in the
From header as a *comment* when no one is liste in the To/Cc fields
(i.e., they were listed in the Bcc field). Outlook doesn't do that
since it is just fluff. If you want that string in the From header, add
a contact (pointing to your own e-mail address) and add it to the To
field while listing all the recipients in the Bcc field.
