Undisplayed Form

We have a program that should automatically display a form
when it starts up. It then should set the form to a new
one, skipping all forms that are previously filled out.
It also does not allow the user to see any previously
filled out forms (for confidentiality). The form works
fine on all the PC's we've used it on except for one. On
this one, the form is completly gray and all the fields on
it are invisible. The problem disapears when the "data
entry" field is set to no, but then they cannot ad a new
field, they can only view the previous ones. Is there a
setting that I need to change?
