Undo button is always available Excel 2007

One of our users has suddenly noticed that she is able to use the undo button
every time she opens a saved spreadsheet. Every spreadsheet she opens, has
the blue undo button available that shows she can undo previous actions.
If she clicks it, it will undo items that have already been saved in that
spreadsheet or are in different worksheets. Did she accidentally change some
setting that allows this?

How do we fix this?

Excel 2007 does not clear the undo buffer after a save (which is IMO a great
improvement!).

Then, I guess I need to ask why mine is not doing this. I like the feature
as well and when I open a saved document that I just made changes to, the
button is grayed out and I cannot undo.

It does zap the undo buffer when you close the file.
