This has been a major pain for many many version on Outlook. I am not sure if
anybody would call this a **feature**.
Most average users would have hit this problem at somepoint of time or other.
Bug Reproduction Steps:
1. Pick an email (A) delete it from Inbox (it gets moved to Deleted Items)
2. Pick another email (B) in your Inbox and move it to a PST folder
3. Now perform Undo (^Z)
What do you think would happen? B gets moved back to the Inbox, no A gets back
Try to perform various combinations of movements, deletions, or the
samething between and older email & a newer email etc... Outlook has a mind
of its own. It has a certain Undo priority which is more intelligent than you
are! Sorry. When I press Undo, I want the last action reversed. Full stop.
