UNDO no longer works.

For some reason undo no longer works and I cannot find a "switch" for it. The
document is not locked and has not been previously saved. New documents are
the same way. Cntrl Z nor the back arrow works. The arrow is greyed out. Any
thoughts?

There are some operations that clear the Undo stack. One of the most common
is protecting/unprotecting a form.

I guess I should have also said that the document is not PROTECTED either.
Undo just doesn't work.
