Currently, all visio windows are constrained to the single Visio application
window. It would be very helpfull to allow the placement of windows on the
desktop directly for shape sheets, stencils, pan/zoom, etc. This would allow
users with dual monitors to dedicate one monitor solely to the drawing and
place the supporting windows on the second monitor.
