Undocumented error in OL2007

OS: Windows Vista

When I try to perform almost any action such as new message, open message,
reply, forward, open appointment, open contact, I get the following message:

"Could not install the custom actions. There is not enough memory or system
resources. Close some windows and try again."

Outlook is the only window open and this installation worked properly until
this started about a week ago.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

What did you add/remove/change about a week ago? Any custom forms?

I received this error while I was on Win7 beta, here's how to solve it:
1. Close Outlook
2. Go to C:\Users\<username>\appdata\Local\Microsoft
3. Delete or rename the FORMS folder
4. Start Outlook

I found I could not open some of my meeting eiter (Object not found)
deleting the FORMS folder fixes that too!

My thanks to RaptorHawk on
