I discovered by accident that the mouse wheel will scroll through the page
tabs in a section. I bought a new mouse, a wireless optical MS Intellimouse
and installed the Intellipoint 5.2 that came with it ... I don't know if it
behaves differently without Intellipoint. I just move the mouse into the
"page tab area" on the right side of the OneNote window and roll the mouse
wheel, and the pages flip. I hadn't stumbled across any mention of this
feature in the docs I've read, but I can't pretend to have read the whole
help file so it may be in there somewhere.
Somewhat more bizarre is that rolling the wheel also scrolls through the
pages when the mouse is over the section tabs at the top of the window, but
I suspect that Intellipoint is just extra aggressive in trying to send
scroll messages to any window that will listen to it. I know that scrolling
changed in several programs after I installed the new mouse, so this last
bit may be unrelated to OneNote.
