I originally began my complex Source ORM from generation from the logical
model from an existing database. This ORM has been extensively improved.
Now when I want to Build a new Logical Model in a Database Model Diagram
from the new, improved Source Model. How can I ditch the old table names
and column names from the orginal logical model?
I know this problem has likely been addressed somewhere... it would arise
from Updating the
Source ORM with a table name change then realizing one cannot undo this
change from the Source ORM.
I have tried openning a new Database Model Diagram and importing the
existing Source ORM and Building fresh but these outdated table names follow
me. I know I can rename this from the Logical model for selected tables and
update the Source ORM however I would like to be totally free of the
original logical model.
Any thoughts would be appreciated....TIA
