Unencrypted Connection

....I can't use an encrypted connection using Outlook 2007 with my email
account and that is fine. When using the wizard, it can detect and use
unencrypted connection. But every day I have to set up this connection. It
is very redundant. I will go to send an email and it won't send because I
have to reset the connection. Is there something I am doing wrong, or
something I can do differently so that I do not need to "repair" this
account every time I want to send an email.

Try adding the account manually - don't let the wizard do it. Get the
account settings from your email provider.
