'unexpected error 2950'

A client of mine gets 'unexpected error 2950' when starting the access2003
runtime with my application
I don't know anything else about the circumstances.

But what does the error mean? Apparently it's not very well documented.

on which OS do you install ? NT may cause the problem or an old version of
InstallShield.

Thanks Henry,

The OS is the latest version of XP so i don't think the version should be a
problem.
I couldn't find any suspect code in my app that could cause problems at that
point.
I read somewhere that invalid paths could be an issue here but didn't find
anything of that kind either.
Other users don't have the same error with my application.

Yes, it should rather be an install problem.

Try, to deinstall the runtime, update to the newest InstallShield software
http://www.macrovision.com/downloads/updates/index.jsp?pm=ISW
and than reinstall the runtime...........
