Unexpected Error (40230)

Hi,

My users have been sending reports via email using the
email attachment and sending them as RTF without any
issues for 6 months. Now the unexpected error 40230 keeps
coming up and after you close it 5 or 6 times your report
is sitting there in the email attachment. I have tried to
throw the error but it doesn't throw on my system. Any
solutions? Reasons? Thoughts?
