Unexpected error in Outlook 2003

When sending an email from Outlook 2003 with several email addresses, the
dialog box "unexpected error" pops up and prevents sending the current
message that was being composed. The email profile has been rebuilt with no
success.

Any ideas to a resolution for this prevously posted question???
