unexpected failure after installation

Morning.

I've installed the update from Office:mac v.X to Office:mac 2004 and
have updated it to 11.2. When I've started Excel for the first time a
box appeared and appears at every startup of Excel

(in English: While loading the Microsoft Framework Library an unexpected
failure occured). After clicking [OK] Excel seems to work.

Why? What can I do to avoid that failure?

The old database daemon is running. Go to System
Preferences/Accounts/Login Items (Startup Items) and remove all
instances of Database Daemon. Then Log out and log back in. Start
Entourage to restart the correct daemon.
