Unexpeted Error MAPI unable to load gwmsp1.dll

I had Groupwise installed on my computer for some time, uninstalled i
and haven't been able to use Outlook at all. Says: Unexpected Erro
MAPI unable to load information service gwmsp1.dll.

I uninstalled Office, restarted, reinstalled all components, restarte
and still can't get past the error message. I am currently usin
Outlook Express and have decided to use Outlook for the additiona
options. HELP!!! Can't find any resolution on any sites
