I have been reading the MS KB articles, as well as reading this board, for
directions on copying auto text & auto correct entries from older systems 7
older versions of office to a Vista PC with Office 07. Thanks a lot, as I
understand that some entries are stored in the normal.dot template, while
other entries are stored in .ACL file. My question is what is the difference
between a "formatted" auto correct entry as opposed to a "unformatted" auto
correct entry? I need to put together some documentation and I want to be
able to differentiate for the users so they can copy the necessary files into
the appropriate locations.
