unhide personal.xls to delete an unwanted macro

How do I unhide personal.xls to delete an unwanted macro? Or is there an
easier way to do this?

In Excel, just press Alt+F11 to go to VBE. In the left pane, search for
vbaproject(personal.xls), open the modules folder. Right-click on the
particular macro > Remove (<name>), finish up the steps. When you exit Excel,
you'll be prompted to save changes to personal macro workbook. Answer Yes.
