Unhide tables and queries

D

David Hollister

Hello,

I've inherited a database where when I open the mdb file a form is presented
to the user. There is NO toolbar (only find and exit) on the top. I've tried
clicking alt+spacbar+M and no tables appear. I've tried every combination of
F11 and nothing appears either.

Please, does anyone know how I can gain access to the tables, queries and
forms behind this form? I'm totally dead in the water on this one.

Thank you in advance,
David

Push the shift key while you're opening the db and keep the key down until
the db is opened all the way. That's how you bypass the startup options.
Once it's open, you can go to Tools > Startup to change the options, like
show the db window, and allow full menus and built in toolbars. Close the db
and then next time you open it, those new options will take effect.
