unhiding menu bars

Hello all,

I have recently taken away menu bar options from my
database, ie: showing the swithboard at startup and
eliminating the menu bar options. I can't seem to figure
out how to get the menu bars back in full. Any help would
be greatly appreciated. Please e-mail

Hold the shiftkey down while you open the database - you'll then have access
to the menus, and can return to Tools, startup to change things.
