Unicode displaying differently or not at all.

I'm using various unicodes for development of a native Language Website.
I've tried encoding in both US/Europe (Windows) and in UTF-8. On my
computer in Both IE and Firefox the characters display fine. In some other
computers is looks fine, but others they get little boxes. I've tried
luscinda san unicode and arial MS unicode fonts. I have generally used the
insert symbol function (FP2003), but have also tried manual insering the &#
codes.

Your page is using
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1252">
Try
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">

PS
be aware not all platforms support Arial Unicode MS
(and the body style does not cascade into tables or cells)

I did change the charset to utf-8. The main browsers I'm having problems
with are runing XP and are updated, but of course mine is as well.

I will try moving the information to layers to see how that works.

It was the table problem. When I changed the font within the table to
Lucinda Sans Unicode it worked. Thanks for your help.

Right now I've posted for help on Layers, I'm trying to keep an element at
the bottom of the page but i keeps moving. I've used relative postion with
bottom 10 setting.

Also having problem with embbeded audio on the same page not paying in
Firefox or Netscape. Quicktime logo, but nothing more.
