Unicode Support

Is there a way to insert characters in Microsoft Office V.X
Applications, such as Unicode 010D and 0117 (c with a caron above it
and e with a dot above it)? They don't seem to appear in the Insert
-> Symbol box, and I can't insert them from the OSX Character Palette.
Thanks for your help!

Nope... Word X does not support Unicode :-\

Oh, strange, I just came across something here on the MS site about unicode support for office (under the MS Office Beta heading, it popped up as a result for a search for "unicode"), and it seems to have been around for a while. Presumably not for Mac users then? (I just use computers, I don't know much about them, really)

So I won't be able to type Chinese in MS Word even if OSX supports Unicode for foreign languages now... disappointing.

Hopefully, future versions will support Unicode :-\
