!!!!!! Unicode support !!!!!!

Hi,
mu name is Dejan Markovic.

Problem is:

I create database under Win98 with folowing setup
regional settings -> country and language Serbian

in the database message in the MsgBox and Captions of the forms are corect
display
with unicode fonts Serbian cyrilic or Serbian Latin

when I go to the WinXP with serbian in Regional setings
with the same database
Forms, MsgBox and Captions of the forms don't display what I want only some
..... ^%^$^$@$#@*

can someone help me
