uninstal and reinstal Office ultimate on different laptops

I need to instal my Office ultimate on a new laptop. I do not have a cd as it
was a download link, and now it is not working. the old laptop has the 3rd
genuine copy which I want to transfer to the new laptop.

Where can I get MS Office ultimate to download and how to transfer the
genuine copy to the new laptop?

I'm now confused. The ONLY version of Office that you can install three
times is Home and Student. How does Office Ultimate come into the equation?

You dont have a cd/dvd because you didnt pay extra for it, and since you
didnt keep a copy of the dowloaded file on external media, or probably the
mail confirmation or key you are now up a creak without a paddle.
