Uninstall 2003 runtime

It seems that to uninstall a 2003 runtime install, the original install
folder needs to be available.
I have since re-run the Packager and created a slightly differnt install of
the same DB.
I of course replaced the older install with the new one, not realizing this
requirement, and have no backup.
So, How do i uninstall the old one?

The reason for doing this right now is a conflict with 2007: it will end up
re-installed.

I found the original install data, so I can procede, but this is still an
unfortunate circumstance.
