uninstall and reinstall Office 2003 for changing serial

[Ya Ya]

I installed Office 2003 and used by mistake a serial number that was already
out of licenses.

I want to use the correct serial number so I can activate the product.

How can I change the serial number after the install?

If I will uninstall and reinstall Office 2003, will I loose all my
configurations like Email accounts, rules & alerts?

If so, how can I backup them before the uninstall/reinstall process (I will
backup also the .PST file) ?
