Uninstall Business Contact Manager

Had Office 2003 Enterprise installed under SA. Shipepd Office 2007 Pro Plus
which does nto include Business Contact Manager. Hence, when 2007 was
instaleld, it did not uninstall BCM, but it did uninstall Outlook 2003. Now
I cannot uninstall BCM because Outlook 2003 is no longer installed. How do I
uninstall BCM 2003?
