Uninstall components for office 2007??

I have office pro plus 2007 on Vista system. I have a few programs I don't
use (outlook etc). How can I uninstall them?

I could get as far as Control Panel/Programs and Features/Office 2007 -
'Change', but I don't understand how to remove components on configuration
screen. The help button doesn't help. Can anyone simplify it for me??
