Uninstall/Install Office 2003

I am unable to install SP3, Change, or Uninstall Office 2003. Install CD
Setup does not work either. I get an error from the Installer that the
package is not valid and check with the vendor. The cleanup utility does not
work either, rather it installs but does not show any entries. All other
programs on my system seem to be working as desired. Office also works just
fine except for the above issues. Is there a manual install, so that I can
reinstall?

Thanks in advance for your help :)

I will post the info when I get home this afternoon. Basically, "package
does not exist". Here is a copy of the failed install text.

Peter -
Sorry for the delay, but holiday stuff you know :) and Office works just
can't change or update.

Here is the information you requested:

When trying to change a feature through Add/Remove
Windows Installer
Preparing to install
The patch could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that
you can access it, or contact the vendor to verify that this is a valid
Windows Installer package.

I get the same error (above) when running setup.exe from the CD.

Here is the error for SP3:
ProdCode : x ProdVer : x Action : OHotfixDetectionNPUErr
ErrNum : 1635 Err0 : {375F080F-88E9-4EA1-A177-C0F091546AC8}
Err1 : NormalPatch.cpp Err2 : 139

Thanks for your help :)
