Uninstall MSO 2007; Install MSO 2003

How can I uninstall MS Offoce 2007 and install 2003? I'm on a recently
purchased laptop, w/Vista, and have legally purchased copies (CDs) of '03 &
'07.

Vista is enough of a hassle; I don't need the additional muddle of MS Office
2007.
