Uninstall of Office 2003 after Office 2007 Upgrade

Can I uninstall Office 2003 (from Add/Remove programs) after I have
installed Office 2007 Pro using the upgrade feature?

If you don't want any of the remaining Office 2003 components, yes.

So, it will not hose up any of my Office 2007 install if I uninstall
Office 2003? I selected the "upgrade" option when installing.

Hi Greg,

It shouldn't, but, after uninstalling, you may want to restart the PC then run the Office 2007 diagnostics just to double check

Thanks, I uninstalled Office 2003, rebooted, and then ran Office 2007
repair from Add/Remove Programs. I then launched the applications and
they ran great. For good measure I also ran Office Diagnostics and
all was well.
