I am currently useing Office XP upgraded from Office 2000
Premium. Every time I open Outlook the windows installer
starts and prompts me for my Office 2000 SR1 Premium CD.
I load the CD follow the prompts but I still get this
message each time I start Outlook.
I have tried to uninstall Office 2000 but I get the
following message "This patch package can not be opened.
Verify that the patch package exists and that you can
access it, or contact the application vendor to verify
that this is a valid windows installer patch package."
