uninstall Office-X

A bit of a silly question: I am expecting a new Mac in the next day or
so. I have Office-X on my current iMac and need to uninstall it, so I
can install the software on the new computer (as MS only allows a
single install). Where has MS hidden the uninstall function?

Thanks!

The Remove Office application is in the Value Pak folder of your CD. You
should run this whenever you intend to reinstall Office, and it will
completely remove Office from your machine (but not your data in the
Microsoft User Directory folder).

For your purposes however, dragging the Microsoft Office X folder to the
Trash and emptying it is sufficient. You can also remove the Microsoft
folder from your ~:Library:preferences folder to reclaim a small amount
of HD space (~ referring to your home folder).
