Uninstall Outlook 2002

Thanks to a virus, I am stuck in safe mode in Outlook 2002. I have tried
uninstalling and reinstalling but it hasn't worked. I have no add-ins
installed. I think I need to unistall and also remove registry entries.
Does anyone have any suggestions on where to find the instructions for this?
